Printful Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery

Atelier Larimar Ltd designs and offers custom, made-to-order products that are fulfilled by Printful. Printful is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping each product directly to the customer.

All fulfillment-related expenses—such as base product costs, applicable taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees—are initially covered by Printful and Atelier Larimar Ltd. These costs are reimbursed by the customer at the time of checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid directly by the customer, as well as any sales tax associated with the orders.

Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, depending on the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Printful delivers Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, only domestic shipments from our UK facility are available.

At its own discretion, Printful may offer next-day fulfillment for User’s Products warehoused at Printful’s facilities, ensuring that such Products are packaged and prepared for shipping within the day after a Customer has placed an order.

Next-day fulfillment may become unavailable at any time and Printful shall not be held liable for any next-day fulfillment failure. 

Printful does not offer next-day fulfillment on weekends. Additionally, there may be limited availability of next-day fulfillment on certain local holidays and high-volume shopping days including, but not limited to, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. 

Product fulfillment will only become available when Products are stocked in inventory. Stocking Products can take some additional time, especially when the Products don’t comply with our labeling requirements. Fulfillment may be temporarily delayed if Products are moved between Printful’s warehouses.  

By using the Warehousing Services, the User agrees that some Products can be packaged and shipped separately, and the User will cover all shipping costs associated with the Products.
